You have arrived! Socialite Boutique is an online clothing boutique based out of Durham, NC. We do not have a physical retail location and operate exclusively online.

What is the return/exchange policy?

 

We hope you love all of your goodies but, just in case there are any problems, here is our easy return policy. If you have any questions, please call us at 919.599.3604 or shoot us an email at shopsocialitebtq@gmail.com.

• Items must be returned within 14 calendar days from the date on the receipt.

• We only offer store credit or exchanges. No refunds are given.

• Items must returned unwashed, unworn, in new condition and original tags attached.  Any items that    do not fall within those guidelines will be sent back to you.

• Camisoles, bralettes, bandeaus, leggings and sticky bras cannot be returned or exchanged.

• All sale items are final sales and cannot be returned or exchanged.

• Please include a copy of the receipt and your email address to receive credit information.

• Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.

• If you're exchanging an item, you are responsible for return shipping cost

 

Do you offer free shipping?

 

Yes! We offer free standard domestic shipping on all orders over $75. No coupon code is required!

How long after I place an order will it be shipped?

 

Our average processing time is 1-3 business days (excludes Saturday and Sunday).

Will I receive a tracking number for my shipment?

 

Yes! Please allow 12-24 business hours for the postal service to process the package as it must be scanned at the location of departure before you are able to follow the shipment.

Can I pick up my order locally instead of paying shipping?

Yes! Local pick up available. We just ask that you allow us time to package your item or items :) up. You will receive an email with the time and location to pick up your items.
